1. How does the test work?

3. What part of the day is the best to do the test?
Generally, you can use pregnancy test at any time of the day. However, your first morning urine contains the highest level of the pregnancy hormone hCG, therefore, if your test results are negative (not pregnant) we suggest to repeat the test with morning urine.
4. How accurate is the test?
Laboratory studies have shown 99% accuracy of The Pregnancy Test for 10 MLU and 25 MLU tests on the day of the expected period.
5. How far should I dip the test in urine and which end should I dip in?
Dip the absorbent tip to at least the level of max line, but not above the plastic part of the test.
6. What do I do if result is Positive (pregnant)?
You should see your doctor to confirm your pregnancy. If you test Positive at least several times, however, you know that you are not pregnant, please contact your doctor for advice.
7. If the left, Test region (T), bar is barely visible, then the test strip is positive or negative?
Test is POSITIVE, you are pregnant.
8. What do I do if the result is NEGATIVE (not pregnant)?
You may not be pregnant or it may be too early to tell. If your period is overdue within seven days, you should retest with another Pregnancy Test. It is possible that you miscalculated the length of your cycle or urine may not have had enough pregnancy hormone for the test to give a positive result. If you retest and the result again is Negative, please consult your doctor.
9. I have waited longer than 5 minutes, and still there is no line in the result bar. Is there anything wrong?
Your result should appear within 3 - 5 minutes. There has to be at least one pink line in the Control region (C) in 5 minutes to indicate that the test is completed and you have done it correctly. If NOT, the test is invalid. This could be due to insufficient amount of urine on the Absorbent Tip or not holding the device right with the Absorbent Tip pointing downward while replacing the Over cap. Please review the procedure and repeat with a new test.
10. Why is the result not showing?
If the right, Control region (C), bar is not showing, then please review the procedure and repeat with a new test. In some cases, the right bar line may not show because you may have overflowed the test by putting too much urine on it, or urine was added too fast.
11. When only left, Test region (T), bar shows up, is it a positive result?
NO, in this instance the right, Control region (C), bar did not show up, therefore the test is invalid. For a positive test result 2 bars (Control region (C) and Test region (T)) has to be visible.
12. Do any medications or alcohol affect the test?
Only medications that contain the pregnancy hormone (hCG) affect the result (for example, Pregnyl and Pergonal). This test should not be affected by hormone therapies containing clomiphene citrate (for example, Serophene, Clomid), alcohol, painkillers, antibiotics or the contraceptive pill. A number of medical conditions other than pregnancy, including, ovarian cyst or ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) can cause elevated levels of hCG, which can result in a false positive result.
13. Can I use this test once after my period?
Yes, you can, however hCG hormone level increases in the body only 6-5 days prior your second period, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your possible hCG level in the specimen will be higher than determined detectable level.
14. Can you take pregnancy tests during your period?
YES, you can take pregnancy tests while menstruating, but you can't have your menstrual period while you're pregnant. It might be vaginal bleeding that can occur for various reasons, in which case you should contact your doctor immediately.
15. Is it okay if I have accidentally left Pregnancy Test in the car in the freezing weather for 8 hours?
Absolutely NO. Active materials of test do not work after extreme heating or freezing for long periods oftime. That is, if you have forgotten The Pregnancy Test in the car or elsewhere for a day, two or more under extremely cold or hot weather (-40F or 860F) it does not show correct results later at the time of utilization. However, package won't be affected if exposed for several hours.
